Types of data we collect
Purchasing data
When you purchase one of our products either online or over the telephone, we record the products you’ve purchased, your full name, billing & shipping address, email address and a contact number to enable us to log, process your order and contact you via phone or email if there are any updates or changes concerning your order.
Your details are stored on our ecommerce host ‘Shopify’. All payments are securely processed by these systems and your financial information is never stored.
Unless you have opted in to receive marketing from us, we will store your purchasing data for a period of 6 years for tax & accounting purposes.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Newsletter Subscription Service
You can subscribe to our mailing list via our website ‘sign- up box’, by ‘opting in’ at the checkout when making a purchase or by leaving us your details at a trade show or event.
We store your first name and email address to keep in touch periodically about company news, offers and other information we feel you’d find interesting.
We believe our products are relevant and helpful throughout the entirety of a customer’s lifetime, therefore we will keep in touch with you for as long as we are in operation and you are actively opted into this communication.
We use a third-party provider, Klaviyo, to store your information and deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Klaviyo’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
